Cancellation Policy
We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel your appointment, we simply ask that you notify us of any cancellation or reschedulings at least 24h hours prior to the appointment. If the booking was made on the same day, please notify us at least 3 hour prior. Cancellations that break these rules will cause a $20 fee to re-book.
Late Arrival Policy.
Appointment are booked with precise amount of time for each service requested. If you are more than 15 minutes late you will have to reschedule in order for us to accommodate our next booked guest. A $20 deposit is required to re-book.
Cold/Flu
To ensure the health being for our staffs and guests. We please ask that you stay home if you have a cold/flu/fever.
* We have the right to refuse service to anyone.
